For 33 years I've been a Realtor with Lyon Real Estate, and been in real estate for 43 yearsPrior to Lyon I worked for Robert Powell Development as a sales agent selling new homes in Campus Commons (in which I lived for 20 years), East Ranch, Wyndgate and Maddox Ranch. I also ran the Design Center for new home buyers for Powell Development. Prior to that I was in banking which included the Powell owned Bank of Alex Brown in business development. And in the 60's I was a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines which nurtured my love for people and eagerness to provide and assist them.

Born in Georgia and moved to Sacramento in 1970, I love and am grateful to be living in such a wonderful place like the United States. I'm lucky to be doing what I LOVE and strive to be the best that I possibly can be. I have an affinity for animals, art and golf --- and a passion for life!

Vivian was recommended to us and we are so thankful for that recommendation. She was well versed in the home selling process and especially in selling a Streng home. She had thoughtful and insightful recommendations to assist in selling our home. She also provided some decorations to enhance the house. On a personal level, she is enthusiastic, fun, honest, and a firecracker. She connects with people on a personal level. During the preparations for the sale, she provided contact information for various work that had to be completed - which is a huge time saving and removes a burden from the sellers back. She is a gem and we cannot provide enough positive comments about her professional approach to selling a home.

Vivian Daley handled the sale of my home with the best in customer service; knowledge; one-on-one communication 7-days a week; any and all questions answered accurately and quickly. The sale of your home is a stressful situation and Vivian smoothed out all the wrinkles with confidence and always a smile on her face. She was tireless in making sure my needs were met whether it was a question or reassurance. Her knowledge of how things work is amazing. Her integrity cannot be matched. Lyons is fortunate to have her. The above "excellent" ratings are sincere and accurate. Vivian excels in every one. Vivian made the entire experience positive. She came highly recommended and met all expectations and more. I moved from a home that I had lived in for 20 years. It was more difficult for me than I had contemplated. Vivian took me step-by-step thru the process without ever being pushy or abrasive. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and integrity were truly outstanding. She was present at all the document signing being sure that any questions I had were answered. Vivian Daley was able to bring together the sale of my home and the purchase of another in such a manner that I was able to move from the old into the new! She kept on top of all the necessary paperwork working with the banks and lenders to make sure the transition went smoothly. With her hard work, persistence, and determination it all worked perfectly.

We are so appreciative of the hard work Vivian and her staff put into our new home. It just so happened to be the first home we viewed with Vivian. At first we lost the bid to another buyer and were sad but Vivian told us not to lose hope. She kept in close contact with the sellers agent and 3 weeks later the selers agent contacted Vivian and said the house was available again! Vivian was quick to contact us and was quick to get us a new offer ready and submited within the day. Her diligence and effort was the reason our offer was accepted. Vivian was with us every step of the way and helped us with other services we needed (roof inspection, etc.) I would highly recommend Vivian to anyone I know. She will work hard for you and knows how important a home for a family is. We love her!
